电解质CeO_2基薄膜伏安特性的研究

摘　　要：采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了 Ce O2 基电解质薄膜 ,测量了 Ce O2 基电解质薄膜的伏安特性 ,发现在 Ce O2 基电解质薄膜中存在 VCNR现象 .研究了不同掺杂浓度、不同层数和不同掺杂离子对Ce O2 基电解质薄膜The ceria based thin films were prepared by using the sol gel dip coating method, and the I V porperties of the thin films were measured under various conditions. The voltage controlled differential negative resistance (VCNR) properties were found in the ceria based solid electrolyte thin films. Additionally, the effects of layers, dopant ions, and dopant concentration on the VCNR properties and the impedance spectroscopy of thin film were analyzed.
