摘　　要：针对电信地理信息资源管理的具体要求和目标 ,文中在基于关系数据库模型的基础上提出电信地理信息资源系统设计方案 ,并介绍了系统的功能及其实现 .用纯关系数据库管理电信地理信息的空间数据和属性数据 ,真正实现空间数据和属性数据一体化管理 ;并通过电信地理信息资源现状数据表、历史数据表 ,以及电信地理信息要素实体的现状和历史关系 。Being aimed at the request of the management of the telecommunication geographic information resource, based on the model of the relational database, this paper proposes a design method on the telecommunication geographic information system (GIS).The introduction to the function and realization of the system are also included in the paper. By managing spatial and property data of the telecom GIS, comprehensive management of these data is achieved. While, with an introduction of datasheet of current telecom geographic resource information, history datasheet ,as well as current and historical relation of the entities of telecom geographic informative element, it establishes a framework of multi time telecom geographic spatial data.
