摘　　要：目的探索一种治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)的简单、有效手术方法。方法在传统的悬雍垂腭咽成形术中加用微波技术治疗OSAS76例。结果 76例患者中有效67例,有效率为88.1%。结论此法具有出血少、操作简单、损伤小、术后反应轻、愈合快等优点,是一种治疗OSAS的有效手术方法。Purpose To explore a simple and effective way in surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods We applied microwave technique to traditional surgery of uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in the treatment of 76 patients who suffering with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Results 67 of 76 patients had good outcome. And the effective rate was 88.1 % . Conclusion This technique, which can minimize those disadvantages of bleeding,and surgical injury and response, and shorten the recovery phase,is a. simple .effective method for surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,and deserve extensive clinical practice.
