摘　　要：长庆气田地面工程自动化控制系统 ,是我国最早建成的集全气田生产过程控制、数据采集、生产调度、管理信息系统为一体的、完整统一的自动化控制系统。是一个包含三套SCADA中心系统、三套净化厂DCS和若干个辅助生产控制系统在内的监控管理系统 ,经过多年生产检验和不断改进完善 ,已形成了具有长庆气田特色的专有技术 ,为气田开发、生产操作、调度管理和决策以及生产安全等提供了有效保障 ,并取得了良好的经济和社会效益。Earliest built up in China, the automated control system of surface engineering in Changqing gas Field is an united and complete automated control system incorporating the producing process control, data acquisition, production scheduling and management information system of all the field into an integral whole. It includes three sets of central systems of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), three sets of data control systems (DCS) of purification plants and a supervisory control and management system containing several auxiliary production control subsystems. Through examining by production for many years and improving unceasingly, a set of special techniques possessing Changqing Gas Field characteristics have been formed, thus providing an effective assurance for gas field development, production, scheduling, management, policy decision and safety in production, etc., and obtaining satisfactory economic benefits and social effect.
