摘　　要：目的　加强医院感染的监测与控制。　方法　运用 Client/ Server软件网络技术及大型数据库强大的数据存储运算处理能力实现医院感染卫生学监测、医院感染病例监测及抗菌药物合理应用监控的自动化评价与分析。　结果　可迅速完成大量监测数据的归类、汇总及统计分析 ,通过网络系统实施有效的监控。　结论　网络技术的应用大大提高了专职人员的工作效率 ,同时网络系统及时准确、具体客观的医院感染动态信息 ,指导着我们有目的有重点地开展监控工作 ,提高了监控管理水平 ,实现了医院感染监控科学化、标准化、系统化的管理。Objective To improve our ability of inspection and control for hospital infection. Methods By using Client/Server net software technology and the SQL Server's powerful ability on storage and computering, we design a system which and automatically appraise and analyze on hygienic supervision and case supervision for hospital infection, and supervision on reasonable use. of antibiotics. Result The system is able to classify, gather and make statistical analysis on a mass of inspection data, then an effective monitor for hospital infection is realized. Conclusion By using net work technology, we improve our work efficiency. The system can reflect dynamic hospital infection information in time, provide trenchancy foundation for our objective inspect and investigation, so a scientific, standard and systematic management for hospital infection can be realized.
