摘　　要：目的　分析湖南省 1992～ 2 0 0 1年世界银行贷款结核病控制项目中财政投入对现代结核病控制工作的影响。　方法　对湖南省实施世界银行贷款结核病控制项目工作中经费投入和产出的主要资料进行分析。　结果　项目期间投入贷款和配套经费 96 2 3万元 ,全省平均每年增加结核病防治工作经费较项目实施前增加 2～ 3倍 ,各级结核病防治机构建设和队伍能力建设加强 ,传染性肺结核病人发现数较项目实施前十年提高 3.5倍 ,涂阳病人治愈率从 6 8%提高到91%。　结论　现代结核病控制策略中 ,加强政府对结核病控制的经费投入 ,是结核病控制工作的根本保证。符合成本 -效益原则。如何继续加强财政投入 。Objective Abstract: Objective To analyze the impact of the financial investment within. The World Bank Loan TB Control Programme from 1992 to 2001 in Hunan province Methods To analyze the major data about the financial input and output on World Bank Loan TB Control Programme in Hunan province Result During the implementation, the loan input and counter part fund is more than 96 million RMB. The average increase of input on TB control per year for whole province doubles even triples than that before the project. The capacity of staffs and institutions on TB control has been strengthened. The detection rate of infectious pulmonary TB is 3.5 times more than that before the project, The cure rate of smear positive increases from 68% to 91%, which produces apparent social benefit and economic benefit. Conclusion For modern TB control strategy, to promote the financial input of the government is the major guarantee on TB control and prevention, which is the most cost-effective. The sustainability and the continuation of financial input on TB control is the key issue today.
