维生素D致肥胖大鼠模型的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :提供一种简易、经济、快速、便捷地诱发肥胖模型的方法。方法 :将雄性SD大鼠 30只随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组 15只。实验组一次性腹腔注射维生素D(VD) 30万U kg体重 ,对照组同时注射等量生理盐水。存活 30d后测Lee’s指数、脂肪系数、6 0 0倍光镜每视野脂肪细胞个数及血清瘦素 (leptin)水平。结果 :实验组Lee’s指数及脂肪系数明显高于对照组 ,每视野脂肪细胞个数减少 ,血清leptin水平含量增加。结论Objective: To explore a convenient cheap method to induce obesity model.Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,15 rats in each group.The rats in experimental group were injected with vitamin D 300,000 unit per kilogram body weight through abdominal cavity,while those in control group were with equivalent saline.Thirty days later all rats were killed and Lee's index,89 fat coefficient.The number of adipocyte per eye shot under light microscope(600×),the level of serum leptin were detected.It showed the level of serum leptin, Lee's index and fat coefficent were higher in experimental group than those in control group.However,the number of adipocyte per eye shot under light microscope(600×)was fewer in experimental group.The results suggest that it can easily and successfully produce obesity model to inject with vitmin D largely.The mechanism is obscure at present and needs to be studies further.
