摘　　要：分析了长江中游双季稻主产区稻谷生产近 2 0年的演变特征 ,探讨稻谷生产的比较优势 ,提出了区域稻谷生产在加入WTO后的发展思路、增加农民收入与保证区域粮食安全的对策建议。This paper analyzes the evolving characteristics of the rice production during the past 20 years in the major double-season rice production areas at the middle valley of the Yangtze River; expounds the comparative superiority of rice production; puts forward the development thinking for regional rice production after China enters WTO and makes suggestion for increasing farmers' income as well as securing regional grain safety
