摘　　要：目的 :研究和评估切开复位治疗跟骨骨折及跟骨钢板在跟骨骨折治疗中的作用。方法 :为 1 8例跟骨骨折患者行切开复位跟骨钢板内固定。结果 :1 8例中 1 5例获随访≥ 1 2个月。所有病例均完全愈合 ,无 1例发生钢板螺钉松动、断裂等并发症。结论 :AO新型钢板能提供有效的固定节段稳定性 ,是治疗跟骨骨折较好的内植物 。Objective:To study and evaluate the applicatio n of AO calcaneal fracture plate in calcaneal fracture and the open reduction of c alcaneal fracture.Methods:Eighteen cases of calcaneal fracture were operated on with AO calcaneal fracture plate.According to Sander's classification,8 cases we re type Ⅱ fracture,6 type Ⅲ and 4 type Ⅳ.Results:Fifteen cases were followed -up for more than 12 months,complete union were observed in all cases with no o bvious complication of hardware fixation.There were no loosening of the plates a n d the screws.Average score was 80.5 according to AOFAS hind-foot ankle system.C onclusion:AO calcaneal fracture plate can provide reliable stability for the fix ation segments.It is suitable for the treatment of calcaneal fracture.
