摘 要:目的 :观察中下颈椎前路单椎体次全切除减压植骨和应用颈椎前路钢板固定对相邻节段即刻三维运动范围的影响。方法 :采用 6具新鲜成人尸体颈椎标本 ,测量完整状态、C5椎体次全切除减压植骨、C5椎体次全切除减压植骨颈前路钢板固定 3种状态上下相邻节段的三维六自由度运动范围。结果 :3种状态下相邻节段的即刻三维运动范围无显著差异。结论 :中下颈椎前路单椎体次全切除减压植骨和应用钢板内固定对相邻节段即刻运动范围没有显著影响 。Objective: To elucidate the influence of single level anterior cervical subtotal corpectom y and grafting or grafting with fixation of anterior cervical plate on the immediately three-dimensional motion ranges of adjacent-segments. Methods: Six fresh human cervical spine specimens of young cadaver were used for biomech anical test in three serial conditions: harvested, C 5 subtotal corpectomy and grafting, C 5 subtotal corpectomy and grafting with fixation of anterior cervi cal plate. Parameters of three-dimensional motion were determined by sterophotography. The ranges of C 3~4 and C 6~7 motion in different conditions were analyzed by computer. Result s: No signigicant differences were found between the global immediate motion ranges o f the three condition. Conclusions: The immediate motion ranges of adjacent-segments after single level anterior cervical subtotal corpectomy and grafting or grafting with fixation of anterior cervical plate were not increased. Close attention should be paid to long-term biomechanical changes in the adjacent-segments.
