摘　　要：通过引述对RAPD标记技术当前主要的理论及其特点,分析了影响RAPD标记结果的一些因素,讨论了在昆虫分类中的应用现状与前景,指出了在昆虫分类学应用过程中遇到的一些问题和解决方法,以求在今后的应用过程引起注意。Some theories and characters in RAPD are explained in this paper. Some factors which affect results were analyzed. In the same time the current situation and foreground which apply in insect taxonomy and indicate some questions and solve methods were discussed. So that people can pay attention to them in applied process in the future.
