脑复素注射液的制备及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的 ]用新工艺制备脑复素注射液并观察其临床疗效 .[方法 ]取新鲜乳猪脑 ,经酸碱水解、酶解及超滤等方法精制 .[结果 ]制备的脑复素注射液含有多种氨基酸、多肽及乙酰胆碱等活性物质 .脑复素注射液对老年人脑动脉硬化的治疗总有效率为 82 9% ,对脑血栓及脑出血后遗症等的治疗总有效率为 86 7% .[结论 ]新工艺简单 ,提取率高 ,且制备出的脑复素注射液临床疗效显著 .OBJECTIVETo prepare cerebrolysin by using new method and observe clinical curative effect.METHODSThe fresh embryonic pig brain was hydrolyzed by acid and alkali, and by enzymolysis, ultrafiltering.RESULTSThe cerebrolysin injection preparation by this method contained activated substance-many kinds of amino acids, polypeptide, acetylcholine. It was showed that the general effective rate of cerebrolysin for cerebral arterioslevosis was 82 9% and for the sequelae of cerebral thrombus and haemorrhage was 86 7%.CONCLUSIONThe method was very simple and high extraction rate and the produced cerebrolysin injection has higher clinical curative effects.
