延边地区慢性丙型肝炎患者及病毒携带者的丙型肝炎病毒基因型分布

摘　　要：[目的 ]了解吉林省延边地区慢性丙型肝炎患者和丙型肝炎病毒携带者丙型肝炎病毒基因型的分布 .[方法 ]应用逆转录 聚合酶链反应技术 ,检测了 48例本地区抗丙型肝炎病毒阳性血清 ,其中有2 9例为逆转录 聚合酶链反应RNA阳性 ;对 2 9例逆转录 聚合酶链反应阳性的标本 ,应用限制性片段多态性技术 ,进行丙型肝炎病毒基因型分型 .[结果 ]2 5例慢性丙型肝炎患者血清中 17例为丙型肝炎病毒RNA阳性 ,各 8例查出丙型肝炎病毒Ⅱ型和丙型肝炎病毒Ⅲ型 ,1例丙型肝炎病毒Ⅱ /Ⅲ混合型 ;在 2 3例丙型肝炎病毒携带者中 12例为丙型肝炎病毒RNA阳性者 ,其中有 9例丙型肝炎病毒Ⅱ型 ,3例丙型肝炎病毒Ⅲ型 .慢性丙型肝炎和丙型肝炎病毒携带者之间丙型肝炎病毒基因型分布无显著性差异 .[结论 ]丙型肝炎病毒各基因型 (Ⅱ和Ⅲ )与感染者的病情严重程度关系不大 .OBJECTIVETo study the genotype distribution of hepatitis C virus(HCV) in chronical hepatitis C patients and HCV carriers of Yanbian area.METHODSHCV RNA was detected from anti-HCV positive serum by reverse transcription polymerize chain reaction (RT-PCR), and based on the results of PCR, HCV genotype was investigated by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP).RESULTSOut of 48 cases of anti-HCV positive serum, 17/25 cases of chronical hepatitis C were HCV RNA positive, in which every 8 cases were infected by type Ⅱand Ⅲ of HCV, respectively, and 1 case was infected by mixed type Ⅱand Ⅲ of HCV. 12/23 cases of HCV carriers were HCV RNA positive, in which 9 cases of were infected by type Ⅱof HCV and 3 by type Ⅲ of HCV. There is no significant difference between each genotype distribution of HCV of chronical hepatitis C patients and HCV carriers.CONCLUSIONThe genotypes Ⅱand Ⅲ of HCV have no special relationship with the degree of infected severity.
