延吉市涉外婚前检查结果分析

摘　　要：[目的 ]分析延吉市涉外婚前检查男女双方的健康情况 ,找出涉外婚前检查中存在的问题 .[方法 ]依照有关疾病的监测方法进行检测 .[结果 ]进行涉外婚检的 3940人中检出性传播疾病 6 6 2人 ,检出率为 16 8% ( 6 6 2 / 3940 ) .被检出性传播疾病的 6 6 2人中暂缓结婚 45人 ,其中梅毒 2 8例 ,占 4 2 %( 2 8/ 6 6 2 ) ,尖锐湿疣 8例 ,占 1 2 % ( 8/ 6 6 2 ) ,淋病 5例 ,占 0 7% ( 5 / 6 6 2 ) ,人类免疫缺陷病毒感染 1例 ,生殖器疱疹 1例 ,各占 0 2 % ( 1/ 6 6 2 ) .[结论 ]涉外婚检人员性传播疾病检出率高 ,特别是梅毒的检出率明显高于同期当地婚检人员 .OBJECTIVETo analyses the men and women's physical condition of marriage relations with foreigners and discover the problem from it.METHODSThe status of disease were examined and determined by the monitoring methods of disease in accordance.RESULTS662 cases were sex transfer disease (STDS) among 3940 cases inspected in matrimonial physical examination relations with foreigners, the detectable rate of STDS was 16 8%(662/3940). Deferring marriage were 45 cases, and 28 cases of them were syphilis, occupied 4 2%(28/662); Condyloma acuminata 8 cases, occupied 1 2%(8/662); Gonorrhea 5 cases, occupied 0 7% (5/662); HIV infection 1 case and herpes genitalis 1 case, occupied 0 2%(1/662).CONCLUSIONThe detectable rate of STDS was high in matrimonial physical examination relations with foreigners, especially the detectable rate of syphilis were higher than that of it in local matrimonial physical examination.
