摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨冷光源照射法治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效 .[方法 ]将 6 0例小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,两组均采用病毒唑 15～ 2 0mg/kg静脉点滴 ,每日 1次 ,连用 3～ 5d .治疗组加用冷光源治疗 ,每日 1次 ,共 3～ 5d .[结果 ]治疗组与对照组在退热平均天数、疼痛消失时间及溃疡愈合时间上均有显著性差异 .[结论 ]冷光源照射法治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著 .OBJECTIVETo study the therapeutic effect s of cold-light source for herpangina.METHODS60 cases of herp angina in child were randomly divided into 2 groups of treatment and normal cont rol. Both of two groups were treated with intravenous injection of Ribavirini 15 ～20mg/kg once one day, for 3～5 days, but in the treatment group, cold-light s ource treatment was performed once one day for 3～5 days.RESULTSThere were significant differences between two groups on the days of fever a batement, ache vanish, and days of ulcer healing.CONCLUSIONT he therapeutic effects of cold-light source for herpangina is significant.rhea
