脱敏液浓度的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　缩短脱敏的疗程。方法　经皮肤试验检出需要脱敏治疗的病人 ,按就诊序号随机分为终点测试的对照组和传统脱敏组。两组的性别、年龄、病程、病种大致相同 ,具有可比性。传统组脱敏方法不变 ,终点测试组为每一病人进行终点测试 ,找出最佳脱敏浓度。结果　两组疗效基本相同 ,但是脱敏时间明显不同。终点测试组平均 6.5个月 ;传统组脱敏组平均 18个月 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　采用终点测试可找出能够有效刺激机体 ,产生特异抗体的最佳浓度 。Objective To reduce desensitization period of treatment.Methods By means of examining the human body skin,checking the patients who needed desensitization treatment,By the order of calling number,We randomly divided the patients into two groups:terminal test group and traditioal group.The two groups almost possessed same character,include sex,ages,and period of illnss.It was possibe to compare with them,The tradition group was treated by traditional treatment way,the control group was treated by terminal test for every patient.The critical density of desensitization liquid was found out.Results treatment efficiency of the two group is similar,but the time of desensitization is apparently diferent.The average time of the technical test group in 6.5 months but the time of the traditional group is 18 months Conclusion By the way of terminal test,we could find out the best liquid density,which effectively stimulated body to produce peculiar antibody,thereby the period of the treatment was reduced.
