摘　　要：还原与精炼镝均采用钨坩埚 ,使得钨元素在金属镝中累积 ,造成产品精镝中的钨含量超过客户标准 ,为此 ,进行了坩埚材质及金属钙形状对比试验 ,熔炼温度和熔炼时间试验 ,以找出生产最佳工艺条件。W content is accumulated in Dy metal so that the W in Dy metal is always not fit for the customer because W crubicle is usually used to reduce and refine Dy. In this paper, some contrasting experiments of crubicle material and shape of metal Ca, smelting temperature and time have been done to find out the best technology conditions.
