摘  要:介绍了对压燃式柴油机X112 0进行改造 ,实施电控燃烧甲醇 (CH3 OH)的试验研究。采用电热塞助燃的方法 ,以使CH3 OH能顺利燃烧 ;根据CH3 OH富氢的特点 ,利用专用设备实现了CH3 OH的随车裂解制造氢。设计了基于单片机控制的电子调速装置 ,代替了传统的机械调速 ,同时开发了一套实时监控系统 ,实现了对电控系统的在线检测和调节 。This paper introduces the study of electronically controlled methanol engine which has been converted from an X1120 diesel engine. In order to enable methanol to be successfully applied to the old diesel engine, we adopt the method mounting a glow plug and a shield on the cylinder head. According to the feature of methanol,we use the special equipment which can make methanol cracked for producing hydrogen and burn with hydrogen together in chamber. Electronic governor, based on MCU, takes place of mechanical governor. Real time monitor system has also been developed which can observe and modify special parameters of electronically controlled system on line. Furthermore, the existing problems and some solutions during the tests are also pointed out.
