摘　　要：介绍了基于计算机控制的示教再现式全自动防氧化喷涂设备 ,该设备可实现连续铸钢机塞头、水口等功能性耐火材料防氧化层的全自动喷涂 .该设备采用了计算机控制技术、人工示教再现技术、伺服控制技术、变频控制技术、软限位技术等先进的控制技术 ,具有操作简单、易学 ,运行稳定、可靠 ,喷涂质量好等特点 .This paper introduces a teaching and playback, full automatic and anti oxidation spray equipment based on computer control, we can spray continuously and fu1l automatically functional refractory and anti oxidation material on the surface of equipments, such as the stopper head of steel casting machine, water stoma by using this equipment. As a result of adapting advanced control techniques, such as computer control technique, artificial teaching and playback technique, servo control technique, frequency conversion control technique and soft limiting technique, this equipment, simple to operate, easy to learn, stable and reliable to run, can spray perfectly, of course it has other good features.
