摘　　要：目的研究氟中毒患者rRNA基因的活性。方法以高氟区24例氟中毒患者作为研究对象,以低氟区27例正常人作为对照,采用Ag-NOR技术,对NOR和近端着丝粒染色体联合进行了对比分析。结果实验组的Ag-NOR频率高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);实验组的Ag-AA频率略低于对照组,差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论氟中毒患者的rRNA基因的活性明显增高。Objective To study the activity rRNA genes in the patients with fl uorosis.Method By the method of Ag-NOR,the NOR and acrocentrics association wer e studied in 24 patients with fluorosis from high-fluorine area and 27 adults f rom low-fluorine area.Result The frequency of Ag-NOR in patients group was hig her than that of control group and difference was obvious(P< 0.05).Conclusion Th e activity of rRNA genes of the patients with fluorosis was heightened obviously .
