摘　　要：泛系理论是一种宏微兼顾的多层网络型的跨学科新研究 ,本文论述泛系理论的框架和特点 :784e(泛七要·运八筹联四维·系百科举半反万·系万归一 ) ,具体地介绍了她形成的时代背景和发展的概况 ,同时论述了科学理性的 10原则和新型的生命力 ,形而泛学和泛系相对论的基本特征 ,大善遗憾·现实显生原则 (PRRP)、泛系超螺旋的 8环模式、万世廿律、历史和未来大势 ,介绍了系统分析或者超繁系统的观控的一些具体理法 :粲泛系和多层次粲泛系 ,运故创新法 ,大捞针法 ,另外讨论了与超繁系统的观控有关的产品·系统·理论·技术·人才·素质开发 ,以及科技教育创新。Pansystems theory is a transfield multi-layer network-like research with overall consideration of macrocosm and microcosm. Her framwork is 784e:7 Pan-conceptss (Systems, Relations, Transformations, Derivatives, Symmetries, Optimizations, Shengke)8 Counter-Methodological Principles/ 8-pan-methods/8Ctrs  4-Thoughts: Science-rationality , Systems, Methodology, Aesthetics intuition Encyclopedic connections. The paper introduces many fundamental principles and methods, the concrete contents include:scientific rationality with 10 respects, new-type vitality, pansystems relativity, pan-metascience , perfection-regret , reality-panoptimization principles(PRRP), 8-loops of Pansystems 784e-PRRP-Superspiral , 20-respects or more of the megawaves of all ages, multi-layer analysis with charm pansystems, pansystems R&D for products, systems, theory, techniques, etc., the creation method based on old elements or subsys tens, method of looking for needle from bowl, pansystems principles of pedagogy and versatile operations, etc.
