摘　　要：装有限压卸荷阀（插装阀）的液压系统在电磁换向阀突然失电时,油液会给管理路造成很大的冲击,有时可将管夹振碎,造成管道焊口开焊,如果在限压卸荷阀的控制油路中增设一个阻尼,可增加主阀芯向上时的背压,从而解决系统冲击的问题,控制主阀芯开启速度,减少油液的瞬间冲击。The oil hydraulic system in with limited pressure unloader valve will have a strong impact on the oil pipes when the electromagnetic valve shut off, even vibrate the pipe clamp into pieces and cause the weld cracks from the pipes. If we add one damper in the oil control system of unloader valve.it can raise the back pressure when main valve impact inside goes up and control the speed of movemnt of the main vale inside,that can reduce the impact from hydraulic oil and thus the prodlem of the system impact be solved.
