摘　　要：对电子联行资金清算系统运行现状进行了分析 .研究 ,提出了电子联行“天地对接”This article analyses and studies the current running situation of the Electronic Interbank, putting forward the idea to extend the 'sky-earth connecting'system and the way to achieve it in this Electronic Iterbank.
