抑制素对雄性动物生殖的影响

摘　　要：抑制素主要是由雄性动物的睾丸支持细胞和雌性动物的卵泡颗粒细胞所分泌的一种糖蛋白。它由2个二硫键将1个α亚基和1个β亚基连接而成,分子量3.1万～10万。不同种属动物的抑制素,其分子结构极为相似。公畜抑制素主要是选择性地抑制FSH的分泌,并与睾酮具有协同作用。Inhibin is a kind of glycoprotein,mainly synthesized by the gonads in aegis cells of testis and granulosa cells of ovary.It consists of one alphasubunit and one betasubunit which are combined by two bisulphurbonds,with a molecular weight of 31 000 to 100 000.Inhibin in different kinds of animals has similar structure.And inhibin in male animals can selectively inhibit the secretion of FSH and conduct the cooperation with testosterone.
