摘　　要：分析了由串联和并联有源电力滤波器联合构成的统一电能质量调节器的电路结构 ,阐明了各组成部分的工作分工和原理。提出一种电网电压正序分量的近似计算及实现方法。介绍了以电流比较跟踪和以空间矢量调制方法实现的并联和串联有源滤波器的控制方法 。In this paper, the concept of a Unified Power Quality Conditioner(UPQC), which combines a shunt and a series active power filter, has been developed. Then working principle and task of the two filters are discussed. A new method for the positive sequence voltage detection is presented. Control method of the series APF using the SVM is described, and the shunt APF using the hysteresis band controller is shown. Simulating and experimental results are given.
