摘 要:[目的 ] 通过对试验细胞的选择 ,对作为干扰物的牛血清浓度的选择 ,用戊二醛和脊髓灰质炎Ⅰ型病毒 (PV-I)作为试验材料 ,探讨消毒剂灭活病毒效果检测方法的可行性。 [方法 ] 采用悬液法测定消毒剂对病毒灭活效果。 [结果 ] 发现选用Vero细胞比RD细胞更耐受消毒剂对细胞的毒性 ;不同浓度的牛血清作为有机物干扰戊二醛对PV -I的消毒效果有一定的影响。 [结论Objective By selecting laboratory-used cells and comparing calf serum consistency among different concentrations, to explore the feasibility of measuring the disinfection efficacy of glutaraldehyde disinfectant in inactivating poliomyelitis virus type I, based on glutaraldehyde disinfectant and PV-I as laboratory material. Methods Measurement of disinfection efficacy by suspension test was employed. Results Vero cells are more tolerant with the toxicity of glutaraldehyde than RD cells. Different concentrations of calf serum in the virus suspension influenced the efficacy in inactivating PV-I. Conclusion The effect is correlated with maintenance time of cells and concentration of calf serum in the virus suspension.
