摘　　要：[目的 ]　了解国有大型企业新发职业病状况及职业病现患医疗费用负担。　 [方法 ]　 1997年 1月～ 1999年 6月 ,对鞍山钢铁集团公司 116家企事业单位 ,计 2 0 4668职工的职业病发生状况及职业病现患医疗费用负担进行现况调查。　 [结果 ]　鞍钢职业病发生率占前 3位的行业是黑色金属矿采选业 (1.5 3‰ )、非金属矿物制造业 (1.46‰ )及石油加工及炼焦业 (0 .93‰ ) ,同时也是矽肺发病率居前 3位的行业。噪声聋发病居首位的行业是自来水的生产和供应(0 .5 6‰ )。从职业病医疗费用占工资总额的比例看 ,除社会团体外 ,非金属矿物制造业、金属制品业的支出比例最高 ,分别是 0 .73 %和 0 .2 6%。且住院费用占职业病费用比例大多在 80 %～ 90 %。　 [结论 ]　在该企业黑色金属矿采选业、非金属矿物制造业及石油加工及炼焦业是职业病发生的高风险行业 ;非金属矿物制造业、金属制品业。Objective To analyze prevalence of occupational diseases and related medical expenses for patients with occupaticnal diseases from Anshan Iron & Steel Corporation (AISC). Methods An epidemiological survey was conducted among 204 668 employees from AISC's 116 industrial enterprises from January, 1997 to June, 1999, in order to investigate the prevalence of occupational diseases and related medical expenses. Results The first three industrial enterprises with highest prevalence of occupational diseases are mining and dressing of ferrous metal (MDFM)(1.53‰), none-metal mineral manufacturing (NMMM) (1.46‰), and oil-processing(OP)(0.93‰). Workers from these units also experienced the highest incidence of silicosis. The ratio between medical costs for occupational diseases and the sum of annual salary, except for social group(0.99%), is the greatest with the NMMM(0.73%), followed by the industrial enterprises of metal production (MP)(0.26%). The expenses for hospitalization are 80% to 90% of total medical costs for occupational diseases across all industrial enterprises. Conclusion Workers in the MDFM,NMMM and OP have the highest risk to develop occupational diseases. The industrial enterprises spending the greatest percent of the total salary for medical tseatment due to occupational diseases are NMMM,MP,and MDFM.
