双生子卡特尔人格因素与血液生化指标的相关研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨双生子血液生化指标与卡特尔人格的相关 ,并了解遗传与环境因素对人格的影响。方法　利用遗传流行病学方法调查青岛市 89对 2 4岁以上的双生子 ,并进行卡特尔人格测试。结果　多项血液生化指标与卡特尔人格因素存在相关或负相关 ,但是相关程度较弱 (相关系数绝对值 <0 3 0 )。敢为性 (H)、忧虑性 (O)、紧张性(Q4) 3个因子MZ的相关系数大于DZ ,它们的遗传度分别为 0 46,0 45 ,0 44。而世故性因子 (N)DZ的相关系数大于MZ。结论　卡特尔个性心理特征与血液生化指标有相关性 ,但是血液生化指标只提供人类心理活动的基本环境 ,它们的水平并不决定人的个性心理特征。另外 ,因子H、O、Q4受遗传因素作用的倾向要比环境因素大。而因子N主要受后天环境因素的影响 ,受遗传作用的倾向比较小。Objective To study the relationship between personality and serum biochemical index and the influence of genetic and environmental factors on personality Methods 89 twin pairs(MZ∶55,DZ∶34)older than 24 in Qingdao was investigated with genetic epidemiological methods 16PF of the twins was tested to study the correlation of the scores in MZ and DZ twins,so that the effect of genetic and environmental factors on personality can be studied The relationship between 16PF and some serum biochemical index were also studied Results The correlation coefficient of three 16PF factors is significantly higher for MZ than DZ,they are shy or venturesome(H),self-assured or apprehensive(O),relaxed or tense(Q4),the heritability of them is 0 46,0 45,0 44 respectively However,the correlation coefficient of forthright or shrewd factor(N)is higher for DZ than MZ And many serum biochemical index is correlated with 16PF factors,but most of the correlation coefficients were lower than 0 30 Conclusions The correlation between 16PF personality and basic serum biochemical index is weak Basic serum biochemical index do not determine a person's personality Three factors in 16PF is influenced more by genetic elements than environmental agents,they are shy or venturesome(H),self-assured or apprehensive(O),relaxed or tense(Q4) And forthright or shrewd factor(N)is influenced more by environmental agents than genetic elements
