摘　　要：针对当前保护区所普遍存在的管理尤其是生态旅游的规划管理等方面的问题提出了一些优化管理的措施 .In view of the universal problems of management,especially those in planning and managing eco-tourism,this paper proposes measures to optimize the management.Xilin GOL Grassland Nature Reserve is taken as an example to demonstrate the basic methods of the planning and management as system,and the new concept of the development of eco-tourism resources.
