防水透湿织物的发展与展望

摘　　要：将防水透湿织物的发展过程分为三个阶段 ,论述了各阶段防水透湿织物特别是聚四氟乙烯防水透湿层压织物的特性 ;介绍了智能防水透湿材料、无污染聚氨酯以及功能性聚四氟乙烯层压等织物的发展动态 ;阐述了防水透湿织物的发展方向 ,认为聚四氟乙烯层压织物在防水透湿阻燃、防化服等方面的开发前景广阔 ;而各种功能性聚氨酯的开发及其在纺织上的应用 ,对改善织物舒适性、克服环境污染等具有重要的意义。The development of waterproof & moisture permeable fabric can be divided in three stages, and its characteristic in different stage is reviewed, especial the characteristic of PTFE laminated fabric. The present situation of intelligent waterproof & moisture permeable material, no pollution polyurethane and functional PTFE laminated fabric is discussed, and the developing trend of waterproof & moisture permeable fabric is introduced. It is considered that there is a bright outlook for PTFE laminated fabric applied in waterproof & moisture permeable fabric, flame retardant fabric and chemical agent protective fabric. It is important for all kinds of functional polyurethane to be developed and applied in textile, which can improve the fabric comfort property and avoid environment pollution.
