摘  要:目的 应用连续静 -静脉血液滤过 (CVVH)技术 ,探讨对多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)患者炎症介质水平的影响。方法  17例MODS患者经右侧股静脉插管留置单针单腔导管 ,行CVVH模式治疗。于CVVH治疗前后 ,检测血液电解质 ,肾功能 ,于CVVH治疗前和治疗后 1、2、4、6、8h抽取静脉血液检测炎症介质 ,其中采用ELISA法测定有关炎症介质因子。结果  17例患者CVVH后血清BUN ,Scr ,K+ 均呈下降趋势 (P<0 0 5 ) ,血浆TNF α,IL 6 ,IL 8水平均降低。结论 CVVH能清除MODS患者血浆多种炎症介质因子 ,并可降低BUN ,Cr,K+ 水平。Objective To investigate the effects of continuous venovenous hemofiltration(CVVH) on the levels of inflammatory mediators in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS),Methods Seveteen patients satisfied the criteria of MODS.A single lumen catheter was put into the right femoral vein and CVVH was performed.Blood biochemical markers including electrolytes,urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine(Cr),plasma inflammatory mediators were measured at 0,1,2,4,6 and 8 h following CVVH.The concentration of plasma inflammatory mediators were measured by ELISA.Results BUN.Cr and serum K + levels decreased siganificantly following CVVH.The plasma concentration of TNF α,IL 6 and IL 8 decreased gradually.Conclusion CVVH Could remove many inflammatory mediators in the plasma,and decrease elerated blood biochemical markers including BUN,Cr and serum K + in patients with MODS. [
