献血者血清过氧化氢酶活性测定

摘　　要：目的　探讨献血人群中血清过氧化氢酶 (catalase,CAT)的活性水平及其变化。方法　采用比色法测定血清CAT活性。结果　 2 77例体检合格的献血者血清 CAT活性测定结果为 (5 1.5± 16 .4 ) Ku/ L。经临床诊断的 2 5 0例甲、乙、丙型肝炎患者 ,与 2 77例体格合格组相比 ,血清 CAT活性明显升高 ,P<0 .0 1。对 2 77例不同 ABO血型献血者血清 CAT活性水平进行比较 ,结果差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。检测 2 77例具有不同献血史的献血者血清 CAT活性 ,结果差异亦无显著性 ,P>0 .0 5。结论　有规律、有计划和适度适量参与无偿献血 。Objective\ To study the levels and changes of serum catalase(CAT) in 277 blood donors (140 males,137 females).Method\ CAT activity was determined by colorimetry method.Results\ The CAT activity of 277 healthy blood donors was (51.5±16.4) Ku/L.Among 250 hepatitis A,B or C patients,serum catalase activities rose significantly,compared with healthy controls ( P <0 01).Studies of 277 blood donors showed no significant difference in serum catalase activity among different ABO blood types ( P >0 05),and it also showed that the history of blood donating did not affect serum catalase activity ( P >0 05).Conclusions\ Our data indicates blood donating regulated has no harmful to the liver function of blood donors.
