参麦注射液合复方丹参液治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察参麦注射液合复方丹参液治疗充血性心衰的临床疗效。[方法]120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,2组常规治疗相同 ,治疗组加用参麦注射液合复方丹参液静脉点滴 ,1次/d ,连用2周。[结果]治疗组症状、体征、心功能及相关参数的改善均较对照组为优 ,经统计学处理 ,差异有显著性。且治疗过程中 ,未发生任何毒副反应。[结论]参麦注射液合复方丹参液对充血性心衰有良好的治疗作用 ,且未见不良反应发生。To observe the clinical effect of combining using of Shenmai Injection and Compound Danshen Injection on congestive heart failure. One hundred and twenty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The routine treatment was given to both groups, with the except for use Shenmai Injection and Compound Danshen Injection were also used intravenously once a day, for two weeks in treatment group.The improvement of symptoms, signs, heart function and corresponding parameters in treatment group was superior to that in control group, with obvious difference between them. No toxic and side effect was found in the treatment course. [Conclusion]There is a good therapeutic effect of treating congestive heart failure by combining using of Shenmai Injection and Compound Danshen Injection with no side effect.
