摘  要:研究了室温下不同有序度的Ni_3Fe在真空和氢气气氛中的力学性能及断口形貌特征。结果表明:具有不同有序度的Ni_3Fe在真空中拉伸时,均不发生环境氢脆;但在氢气中氢对其有强烈的脆化作用,且其敏感性随着有序度的增加而加剧。扫描电镜观察表明:在真空中或H_2中拉伸时,无序Ni_3Fe的断口都为韧性穿晶断口,而在氢气中拉伸时,1000h有序化Ni_3Fe为100%沿晶脆性断口,但是有序化60h和200h的Ni_3Fe的断口为穿晶和沿晶混合断口。The mechanical properties of ordered Ni3Fe in hydrogen and vacuum at ambient temperature have been studied. The results show that there is no environmental embrittlement for the ordered Ni3Fe in vacuum. However the ordered Ni3Fe is very sensitive to gaseous H2-induced environmental embrittlement, and the embrittlement becomes more severe as the degree of order increases. The fracture mode of disordered Ni3Fe is ductile transgranular when tested in vacuum and in hydrogen. However, when tested in hydrogen, the fracture mode of 1000 h ordered Ni3Fe IS 100% intergranular, while the fracture mode of 60 h and 200 h ordered one is a hybrid of intergranular and transgranular.
