摘 要:提出了一种新的实时控制紧急方案: 在相量测量系统(PMU)和光纤通信的基础上,假设发电机的功角、转速及功率能够实测且可近乎实时地传输到控制中心,利用这些信息和扩展等面积准则(EEAC)的思想快速进行暂态稳定预测和分析,并纳入广义预测控制理论的思想框架;指出暂态稳定实时控制的实质是对电力系统进行闭环的滚动控制。该方案可应用于任意复杂的故障场景和任意细节的电力系统元件模型,能够克服某些预想不到的事故造成的不匹配及带来的连锁反应。仿真结果表明该方案具有良好的应用前景。In this paper, a real-time transient stability emergency control scheme is presented which is based on the wide area measurement (WAM) and high-speed communication technology. When a fault happens, the phasor measurement units (PMUs) acquire the information of the generator in the during- and post-fault period, and send to local area stability control center. Based on the extended equal area criterion (EEAC) methodology, the paper proposes a emergency EEAC that is used to predict, analyze and estimate the degree of stability. The control action is a closed-loop rolling process which is enlightened from the general predict control (GPC) theory . This scheme is applicable to any complex fault scenarios and any detail element models of power system. It could restrain the unmatching for some unpredicted serious contingency in the present emergency control and avoid a chain of events leading to large-scale breakup. The simulation shown that had good prospects.
