摘 要:断路器是在电力系统中起保护和控制作用的关键部件,其可靠性直接影响整个电力系统的安全运行。以往人们推测电网谐波可能是造成开关电器误动作的主要原因之一,建立了断路器受电网谐波影响的热路数学模型,采用瞬态热路法计算并分析了电网谐波对断路器动作特性的影响,但分析误差较大。文中提出了基于电网谐波的断路器瞬态热场数学模型,采用Ansys有限元分析软件对其进行计算与分析,试验结果表明了该模型的有效性。文中的研究结论对智能断路器产品的开发和研制具有一定的指导作用。Circuit breaker is the key device for protection and control in power system. Its reliability influence directly on the operation of the whole power system. Generally, it was presumed that the power network harmonics might be one of the main factors that resulted in the false operating of switch electrical apparatus. The analysis error was bigger by the known circuit breakers thermal circuit model with power network harmonics effect and transient thermal circuit method which was used to explain the harmonics how to affect the operational characteristic of circuit breaker. In this paper, the circuit breakers thermal field model based on the harmonics was presented and was calculated and analyzed by Ansys software. The efficiency of this model was proved by the testing result. The conclusions can direct the development and research of intelligent circuit breaker.
