摘  要:以XRD为表征手段详细研究了 40 8~ 45 3K温度范围、多孔玻璃粉在乙胺和水的蒸汽相中自转变为B Al MFI型沸石的自转变动力学 .由动力学曲线计算得到的成核活化能和晶体生长活化能分别是 10 2 0kJ mol和 34 7kJ mol.沸石的结晶速率显著受温度影响 ,低温有利于晶体成核和形成小晶体 ,高温有利于晶体生长和形成大晶体 .不同反应温度下的结晶速率几乎在相同时间内 (ca .132h)达到最大值 (vm)Self-transformation kinetics of porous glass granules into B-Al-MFI-type zeolite in a vapor phase of ethylamine and water was studied in the temperature range of 408~453 K. The products obtained in the transformation process were investigated with XRD. The activation energies of nucleation and crystal-growth calculated from the curves are 102.0 kJ/mol and 34.7 kJ/mol, respectively. The transformation rate of porous glass into zeolite is considerably influenced by reaction temperature. Lower temperature favors nucleation and formation of smaller zeolite crystals. On the other hand, higher temperature favors crystal growth and formation of larger crystals. The transformation rates under different reaction temperatures reached the maximum (v m) at almost the same time (ca. 132 h).
