摘　　要：介绍了基于 EM78P4 47SB单片机、自制光电耦合器制作的低成本高性能霓虹灯控制器的线路、工作原理、编程方法和使用经验。该控制器具有相当高的性价比。It introduces the circuit, the operation principle, the programming method and the using experience of a low cost and high performance neon light controller which is designed based on chip microcomputer EM78P447SB.The design adopts self-made photoelectric coupling circuit. The controller's cost performance is quite good.
