摘  要:从经济运行的角度出发,建立了配电网无功优化控制问题的数学模型,目标函数为网损最小,约束条件主要强调电容器投切次数的限制,采用模糊动态规划法计算配电网电容器的优化投切问题。此方法将目标函数模糊化,在原有动态规划法的基础上对电容器的状态进行了重新定义,使状态数大为减少。算例结果表明,该算法计算速度快、收敛性好,是一种较有效的配电网无功优化控制方法。According to the requirement of economicaloperation, a mathematical model for reactive poweroptimiza-tion of capacitors in distribution network is presented. The objective function of this model is to minimize thenetwork losses, the main constraint condition is the number of switching times of capacitors. To find a proper switchingschedule for shunt capacitors in distribution network in this algorithm, the fuzzy dynamic programming is applied in which the objective function is fuzzified and the status of capacitors are redefined on the previous dynamic programming, So the number of status is obviously reduced. The results ofcalculation examples show that the presented algorithm iseffective and fast and possesses good convergence.
