摘　　要：论文设计了一个新的银行贷款项目决策流程 ,分析了实际应用的项目风险等级评定法存在的问题 ,建构了新的风险等级评价指标体系并确定其权重 ,实证分析显示该体系科学可行。The treatise contrives a new decision-making flow of bank's loan project,analyses the problems of the rating project's risk in the application.It constructs a new target system of the rating project's risk,and the positive analysis has proven its feasibility.
