摘　　要：为研究福建畲族男性线粒体DNA11719遗传多态性,用聚合酶链式反应和DNA测序等方法对30例福建畲族男性线粒体DNA进行检测分析,结果表明30例线粒体DNA均存在11719位点G→A变异。由此推论线粒体DNA11719G→A变异可能是福建畲族常见的一种遗传多态性。To investigate the mitochondrial DNA polymorphism in Fujian She ethnic male, mutations were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and DNA sequencing. Thirty cases of Fujian She ethnic male were underwent molecular genetic evaluation. The results showed that all cases had nucleotide position (nt) 11719G→A mutations, which suggests the mutation at nt11719G→A may be a common polymorphism in Fujian She ethnic male
