风心病血清中细胞外基质变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :检测风心病患者血清中LN ,HA含量的变化及其心肌组织中FN ,LN的表达量 ,探讨检测血清标志物对判断心肌间质病变程度的价值 .方法 :用放射免疫法检测患者血清中LN ,HA含量 ,用免疫组化法检测患者心肌中LN ,FN表达量 ,将结果进行对比分析 .结果 :风心病患者血清中LN ,HA含量较正常对照组明显升高 ,其含量与心肌中LN ,FN表达量呈正相关 (r分别为 0 .718,0 .5 0 7,P <0 .0 0 1) .结论 :检测风心病患者血清中LN ,HA含量的变化 ,可间接反应心肌间质病变程度 .AIM: To investigate the value of serum concentrations of extracellular matrix as an useful index in judging the degree of myocardial interstitial pathological changes by detecting the change of serum concentrations of LN, HA in patients with rheumatic heart diseases and the expression of LN, FN in the myocardium. METHODS: The serum concentrations of LN, HA in patients with rheumatic heart diseases were assayed with radioimmunoassay and the expression level of LN, FN in the myocardium was tested with immunohistochemical staining. The correlation of the results were analyzed by comparison. RESULTS: The serum levels of LN, HA in patients with rheumatic heart diseases were significantly higher than those in healthy adult control group (LN: 60.66±22.36, 130.33± 40.21; HA: 50.16±16.54, 70.26±16.43, P <0.01) and were correlated positively with the expression level of LN, FN in the myocardium ( r 0.718 and 0.507 respectively, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The serum concentrations of LN, HA in patients with rheumatic heart diseases assayed with radioimmunoassay can be used to indirectly reflect the degree of myocardial interstitial pathological changes.
