摘　　要：目的　探讨骶髂关节结核的CT表现。资料与方法　回顾性分析经手术病理确诊的 15例骶髂关节结核的CT表现。结果　 11例病变位于左侧骶髂关节 ,4例位于右侧。CT表现为不同程度的关节面模糊、骨质破坏伴浓密 ,关节间隙增宽。其中 4例见斑点状死骨 ,3例合并关节半脱位 ,5例伴软组织脓肿形成 ,8例臀肌不同程度萎缩 ,3例合并肺结核。结论　CT能精确显示和诊断骶髂关节结核 。Objective To discuss CT manifestations of tuberculosis of sacro iliac joint (SITB). Materials and Methods CT features in 15 patients with pathologically proved SITB were retrospectively analyzed. Results The lesion was located at left sacro iliac joint in 11 cases and at right side in 4 cases. On CT scans, the lesions were characterized by blurred articular surface, bony destruction and widened articular space. Speckled sequestra were seen in 4, subluxation of joint in 3, cold abscess in soft tissue in 5, atrophied gluteal muscles in 8 and pulmonary tuberculosis in 3 cases.Conclusion CT can exactly display the lesions of SITB and help make the diagnosis, thus, CT scanning should be considered as a routine examination for SITB.
