摘 要:目的对正常和氟中毒大鼠股骨粘弹性进行研究。方法选用170~250g,3~4月龄Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组20只,模型组20只,对模型组大鼠饮服水投氟,复制大鼠氟中毒模型,饲养3个月后处死大鼠,取大鼠股骨进行应力松弛、蠕变实验。结果得出了应力松弛、蠕变数据和曲线,对应力松弛、蠕变数据进行归一化处理,得出归一化应力松弛函数、蠕变函数曲线和数据。还对实验数据进行回归分析,得出了回归系数。结论实验结果表明模型组骨粘弹性指标明显小于正常对照组。Objective In this paper we did research on the viscoelasticity of the normal and the F poisoning femoris of big rats.Method Divided 40 Wistar big rats(175~245g,3~4 months old)in random into the normal group and the model group, each group had 20 ones. Let the model group rats drink water poisoned by F. Executed all the rats 3 months later. Did the stress relaxation and creep test on them. Result Got stress-time data and curves. Reduced the experimental data then obtained the reduced stress relaxation function and creep function. By using regression analysis method we obtained the coefficient. Conclusion The experimental results shows that all the viscoelasticity of the model group were strikingly lower than those of the normal group(P< 0.05).
