摘　　要：目的　增强医护人员自我防护意识 ,了解自我防护状况。方法　采用问卷调查法抽查医护人员关于卫生保健、防护知识等内容进行调查分析。结果　 2 3 6名医护人员中做过上岗前体检 40 .3 % ,做过定期体检 2 5 % ;每个工作日洗手次数 <3 0次 89% ,>3 0次 11% ;皮肤被利器刺伤过 86.9% ;掌握常用消毒剂作用 40 .2 % ,正确掌握戊二醛灭菌时间 5 .9% ;因物品供应不上较少应用防护措施 5 7.1% ;认为必要参加防护知识培训 95 .3 % ;感染过常见医院感染性疾病有 49.6%。结论　要加强卫生保健、卫生洗手、做好标准预防、加强学习宣教。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the medical staff′s self protective consciousness and understand the status of self protection. METHODS To make an investigation on the medical staff′s hygienic knowledge and protective knowledge, etc by questionnaire. RESULTS Among the 236 medical staffs, 40.3% have physical check ups before taking up a new post and 25% have regular physical check ups. Eighty nine percent of them wash their hands more than 30 times each work day and less than 30 times is only 11%, 86.9% have their skins stabbed by edge tools, 40.2% know how to use the common disinfectant and 5.9% can master the disinfecting time of glutaraldehyde correctly, 57.1% seldom take protective measures due to the shortage of materials, 95.3% think it is necessary to take part in the protective knowledge training and 49.6% are infected by the common hospital infectious diseases. CONCLUSIONS It′s quite important to strengthen the hygienic work, wash hands frequently, make standard prevention, strengthen propaganda and prevent infections.
