四环牌清洗消毒剂杀灭微生物效果的试验观察

摘　　要：目的　以载体定量试验方法观察四环牌清洗消毒剂杀灭微生物效果。方法　用有效氯含量不同的四环牌清洗消毒剂分别作用于枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞和大肠埃希菌 ,不同时间观察其实验室的灭菌效果。结果　有效氯含量为 5 3.95 g/L、2 1.5 8g/L和 10 .2 9g/L的该清洗消毒剂对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞 10 0 %的杀灭时间分别为 15min、2 0min和 30min ;有效氯含量为 0 .5 395 g/L、0 .4 316 g/L和 0 .3996g/L的该清洗消毒剂对布片上大肠埃希菌 10 0 %的杀灭时间分别为 3min、7min和 7min。结论　四环牌清洗消毒剂杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞和大肠埃希菌可获得满意的效果。OBJECTIVE To observe the sterilizing effect of Sihuan chlorinated disinfectant on microorganisms by using carrier quantitative test. METHODS The sterilizing effect of chlorinated disinfectant in different concentrations on black variant spores of Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli was observed at different times. RESULTS The 100% sterilizing effect of Sihuan disinfectant containing 53.95 g/L, 21.58 g/L and 10.29 g/L of chlorine on black variant spores of B. subtilis was achieved at 15, 20 and 30 minutes, respectively. And the 100% sterilizing effect of it containing 0.5395 g/L, 0.4316 g/L and 0.3996/L of chlorine on E. coli was 3, 7 and 7 minutes. CONCLUSIONS Chlorinated disinfectant can achieve satisfactory sterilizing effect on black variant spores of B. subtilis and E. coli.
