中药对特重度烧伤患者T淋巴细胞亚群的调理作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药合剂对特重度烧伤患者T淋巴细胞亚群的调理作用。方法 :用 5种中药配制成的合剂治疗特重度烧伤患者 ,并测定外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群 ,以判定其疗效。结果 :中药喂服治疗组CD3 、CD4、CD4/CD8值降低程度轻 ,回升早 ,恢复快 ,CD8增高程度小 ,恢复快。结论 :中药合剂对特重度烧伤患者的T淋巴细胞亚群具有明显调理作用。Objective:To determine the regulatory effect of Chinese traditional medicine mixture (CTMM) on T lymphocyte subgroup in patients with extremely severe burn.Methods:Patients with extremely severe burn were treated with CTMM and the therapeutic effect was evaluated by their peripheral blood T lymphocytes subgroup (CD 3, CD 4 and CD 8).Results:After extremely severe burnt,the patients' peripheral blood T lymphocytes subgroup (CD 3 and CD 4), and ratio of CD 4/CD 8 were markedly decreased, their CD 8 was increased temporally. However, all parameters in the test group were significantly different from the values of the control group in any time ( P <0.05 or P <0.01),and they did return to normal range early.Conclusion:CTMM has a regulatory effect on T lymphocyte subgroup in patients with extremely severe burn.
