摘　　要：近年来 ,关于邮政专营问题在社会上引起很多争论 ,有的认为邮政专营是垄断 ,有的认为邮政专营是不正当竞争 ,还有的认为邮政专营于法有据是合法经营。针对这些观点 ,从邮政专营权的界定、邮政专营的依据、邮政专营与垄断、邮政专营与不正当竞争的关系、邮政专营的法律保护等方面 ,系统论述了邮政专营权问题 ,以期为执法部门解决此类纠纷适用法律时提供参考。In recent years, the specialized postal management aroused much debate in society. Some people think the specialized postal management is monopoly , some people think the specialized postal management is unfair competition, some people think the specialized postal management is fair management depend on law and regulation. For the argument, this essay states the specialized postal management from right's limitation ?basis?legal protection? the relation of the specialized postal management and unfair competition , in order to provide reference for the legal executive department to make use of the law and regulation to solve the argument.
