摘　　要：目的　体外培养大鼠胸导管内皮细胞 ,为研究淋巴管内皮细胞的生理功能、病理改变以及分子水平调节等提供手段。方法　术前用脂肪喂食大鼠 ,标记胸导管 ,将胸导管两端结扎 ,取下胸导管后充分分离和剪碎 ,在RP MI16 4 0培养液中直接培养 ,观察胸导管内皮细胞的生长。结果　胸导管内皮细胞呈铺路石样生长 ,Ⅷ因子相关抗原呈阳性反应。结论　此法简便易行 。Objective To cultivate thoracic duct endothelial cell in vitro for the functional studies of lymphatic endothelium.Methods Before operating.the rat was fed with fat.The two ends of the thoracic duct were ligated,the thoracic duct was cut into fragments and cultivated directly in the RPMl1640 with 10%fetal bovine senlnl.Results The thoracic duct endothelial cells displayed a typical cobblestone morphology and expressed FactorⅧ-related antigen.Conclusion This method provides a useful in vitro model for the study of functions of the lymphatic endothelium using rat models.
