摘　　要：目的 :总结特发性房颤患者射频消融治疗的护理经验。方法 :术前加强心理护理 ,做好房颤诱发试验和基础护理 ,术中术后密切观察 ,及时处理并发症。结果 :患者术前对治疗方法有充分的了解 ,均能以良好心态对待手术。术中术后并发症发现和处理及时 ,未出现严重后果。结论 :有效的护理 ,可减轻病人术前术后的心理压力 ,密切观察术中术后的并发症的发生 。Objective:To draw the nursing experience of the patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated by radiofrequency ablation therapy.Methods:Patients were given challenge test, intensive psychological care and basic nursing before the operation, and were under careful observation during and after operation in order to deal with complications which may occur.Results:All the patients were well-prepared for the operation and were found in good mood before the operation. The complications found during and after the operation were treated in time before becoming serious.Conclusion:Operative nursing can greatly reduce the stress of patients and decrease the chance of complications and their harmfulness.
